"Worth the Money"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, so I checked what other people were saying before buying. i’m glad I went for it, seems like a lot of others had a good experience too, and I’d say it’s definitely worth the money.

"Solid rack, no complaints so far"
I ordered a rack and a few extra bits from BLK BOX, and it was all straightforward. The website was easy to use, checkout didn’t have any annoying surprises, and the delivery updates were clear. The rack itself feels really solid when I’m lifting, no wobble or anything that makes me nervous. I did wonder if I was overthinking the purchase at first, but now that it’s set up, I’m happy with it.

"So... I ordered a few bits…"
So... I ordered a few bits from BLK BOX for my garage gym and I’m really happy with them. The rack feels properly solid with no wobble at all, and the metal finish is clean with no rough edges. Everything just feels heavy duty and like it’s built to last for years. It’s not the cheapest gear out there, but once you’re using it, you can definitely see why. Very happy with it so far...

"Pretty good install, even with a bit of a delay"
Had some BLK BOX kit installed last week and, to be fair, it went better than I expected. The lads were friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. It did take a bit longer than planned, which was a little annoying, but they tidied up properly afterwards and everything feels solid now. Can’t really complain

Had a minor issue with a part on my rack, so I reached out to BLK BOX about the warranty, fully expecting the usual back-and-forth adventure. Surprisingly, they got back to me and sorted out a replacement without turning it into a massive hassle. It did take a few days longer than I would’ve liked, because apparently patience is part of the fitness journey too, but in the end it was handled well. Overall, happy with the support

"Good updates, even with a slight delay"
I ordered some kit from BLK BOX recently, mostly because I’d been meaning to sort out a few bits for my setup for ages and finally got round to it. Overall, the communication was good. I got emails as the order moved along, and when there was a small delay, they actually let me know rather than just leaving me wondering what was going on. Delivery did take a bit longer than I was hoping, so I’d say 4 stars, but the updates were clear and I’d be happy to order from them again...

"Works fine, but the finish didn’t hold up"
It does what it’s supposed to do, so it’s not even about that. The actual use has been totally fine. I just noticed after a few months that the coating started chipping, which was a little disappointing. It’s not a huge deal, but I did expect it to hold up a bit better.

"Got Exactly What I Wanted"
I ordered from blkboxfitness because I wanted something that actually fit my space and looked the way I pictured it. Being able to choose the size, colour, and a few small details made a big difference for me. The custom options were easy to go through and I didn’t feel like I was overcomplicating anything. I did have to measure everything myself, which took a bit of time, but it was worth it. It showed up exactly how I wanted it, so I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me.

Ordered a rack and a few other bits for the garage, the lead time on the site was pretty much spot on, maybe only a day or two off. I got emails as the order moved along and the delivery turned up when they said it would. Not absolutely perfect, but I’m happy enough with it and would use them again.

I ordered this rack for home use and it’s been great so far. It feels solid and fits really well in my small space, which was exactly what I needed. The only downside was that delivery took a little longer than I was hoping. Has anyone else had the same issue with shipping? Overall though, I’m happy with it

"Really good help after my order"
i mean, I had a small issue after my delivery and emailed BLK BOX not really expecting much, to be honest. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. The person I spoke to was friendly and kept me in the loop the whole time. It makes such a difference when support doesn’t disappear once you’ve paid. I’d happily order from them again.

I was instantly relieved once Blk Box got involved. They helped us figure out the gym layout and made the whole space make so much more sense. It did take a bit of back and forth, but their support was solid the whole way through. Really happy with how it turned out.

The rack is solid once you get everything tightened down, and it definitely does the job. I did notice a little wobble when doing pull-ups though. It’s not even about it feeling unsafe, because it doesn’t, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a bit more rock solid. I also had to go back and check the bolts again after a few weeks. Overall it’s usable and I’m keeping it, I just think the stability could be a little better...
